Food prep follows ServSafe guidelinesFood Service Training

Food Service Training teaches clients how to work in community jobs within the food industry. Our training curriculum was developed from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) ServSafe Principles guiding food service workers in today's industry. The program includes both classroom training and daily functional work activity. Training wages paid in this program are based on an hourly rate. Hourly rates are determined by a time study of the client's productivity, which is completed at least every six months.

Food Service Training includes working with a professional chef in MCFI's commercial kitchen.

Wages in this program are based on an hourly rate, determined by a series of time studies of a client's work skills and completed at least every six months.
