Serving Children

 
Pediatric Special Care (PSC) provides day nursing services to children with special medical needs. Careers include:

Birth to Three assists families and children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays. Careers include:

School for Early Development and Achievement (SEDA) educates children from K3 through 2nd grade with and without special needs. Careers include:

Serving Adults

L.I.F.E. (Leisure, Inclusion, Fun & Experiences) offers teens and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities a wide variety of activities within the community. Careers include:

Older Adult Day Center serves adults 60 and over in a safe environment that offers activities and care that enhances the quality of life and promotes independence. Careers include:

Family Care offers case management services to adults receiving Milwaukee County funding for diagnoses including developmental disability, mental health disability as well as the frail elderly. Careers include:

Community Living supports adults with cognitive disabilities by providing services that promote independent living. Careers include:

New Health Services (NHS - affiliate of MCFI) provides trained caregivers who assist adults to live as independently as possible in their homes. Careers include:

Transitional Living Services (TLS – affiliate of MCFI) offers support to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.

Fiscal Agent offers homebound people ways to employ the caregivers they prefer, without worrying about processing employee paperwork.  IRIS allows people to use their own natural supports and budget creatively to achieve their hopes and dreams.
