Serving Children

Pediatric Special Care (PSC) provides day nursing services to children with special medical needs. Careers include:

Birth to Three assists families and children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays. Careers include:

Therapies offers outpatient therapy to children and adults in various MCFI programs as well as children referred to our agency. Careers include:

School for Early Development and Achievement (SEDA) educates children from K3 through 2^nd grade with and without special needs. Careers include:

Serving Adults

Family Care offers case management services to adults receiving Milwaukee County funding for diagnosis including developmental disability, mental health disability as well as the frail and elderly. Long Term Care provides case management services to individuals receiving CIP waiver-funded services through the Milwaukee County Disability Services Division. Careers include:

Older Adult Day Center serves adults 60 and over in a safe environment that offers activities and care that enhances the quality of life and promotes independence and New Health Services offers trained in-home caregivers that assist adults to live independently in their home. Careers include:

TLS Behavioral Health (affiliate of MCFI) offers support to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Careers include:

MCFI core programs are nationally accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.) MCFI Pediatric Special Care has earned gold certification from the Joint Commission (JCAHO).
