Conference Center
The MCFI Conference Center offers a wide variety of events and programs on the cutting edge of our field. We host programs designed to bring the latest research and forward-thinking ideas to professionals, along with cultural and other educational events, including:

- Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra performances and other cultural events

As a Center of Excellence, we are able to serve as a resource to our employees. Our employees have access to subject matter experts in a variety of areas who provide training and education for personal and professional growth.
Dedication to Professional Development
Growing skills from within and staying on the cutting edge of our field is a priority at MCFI. We regularly offer on-site trainings and presentations to our staff. We bring in specialists to discuss relevant topics in our community. We suppport cross-training and encourage our employees to take advantage of growth opportunities within our organization and in the community. MCFI's Online Learning Management System, Link2Success, enhances our knowledge base. Professional Development Days offer all MCFI employees the opportunity to learn more about internal and external education options and career paths to achieve their individual goals.
Involvement
Employees are given the chance to be as involved as they would like with a variety of internal committees. From the Working Parenting Resource Group, which discusses parenting issues and advocates for employees with caregiving responsibilities, to the Ethics Committee, which promotes and ensures a high ethical standard for all agency activities, and everything in between, there is something to fit any interest.
