To run a great meeting, you need a great meeting space.

The MCFI Conference and Education Center will help make your meeting the best it can be. We provide a private, comfortable space that can accommodate groups of varying sizes. Our attentive staff can help coordinate every detail and adapt to changes at a moment’s notice.

We offer state-of-the-art audiovisual resources that help bring presentations to life. An onsite coordinator helps ensure that everything operates smoothly. Catering is also available.

The MCFI Conference and Education Center offers 1,850 square feet of executive meeting space supported by the most technologically-advanced equipment and a sophisticated staff of coordinators and technicians. Our trained, professional staff can advise and assist you with the latest multimedia capabilities, bringing a whole new dimension to your event.

The spacious MCFI Conference and Education Center seats up to 150 guests, depending on room layout. The conference center serves community groups, school, professional associations, business and industry and a variety of other organizations.


Audio Visual Capacity

The MCFI Conference and Education Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art closed circuit television facility. Amenities include:

  • 9x12 retractable projection screen
  • Two wall-mounted television cameras
  • Ceiling-mounted LCD projector
  • DVD, VHS, and CD players
  • Professional-quality sound system, including 12 ceiling mounted, 8-inch fidelity speakers
  • Wireless microphone system
  • Handheld LCD touch panel
  • Multi-media 42-inch-wide lectern – equipped with retractable document camera, DVD/VCR combination player and gooseneck microphone
  • Professional quality amplifier/mixer to maximize audio

Food Service Options

We recognize that your event is special, and the catering service should reflect your particular character and desires. We aim to exceed your expectations with unparalleled service, creative cuisine, and the flexibility and variety you deserve. Professional catering services may include:

  • Continental Breakfast

  • Vegetarian and Kosher meals
  • Deli Lunch
  • Hot Lunch
  • Dinner

Hours of Availability

Monday thru Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Rental Rates**

Half day - $250
Full day - $500

**Rental fees include use of audio visual equipment, flip charts and easels. 50% nonrefundable deposit required
