Milwaukee Center for Independence: Assisting individuals with special needs

NEW HEALTH SERVICES

home care

Home care services help families take good care of the people they love.New Health Services Home Care is your 24/7 in-home link to health and wellness planning solutions. Our professional staff has the expertise to work with older adults and people with disabilities to help maintain quality independent living. Home care services assist individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

In addition to providing all of our standard home care services, the New Health Services Home Care division is able to provide care management. Care management is guidance from an expert who works with you and your family to arrange and monitor services, assess your needs, and guide you through the many options for your care.

We'll match you with a well-trained, caring professional or hire and train the caregiver of your choice to help maintain and improve your quality of life.

Let's talk about Home Care Services!

When you contact us, we'll begin by asking a few questions that can help us determine your home care services needs and how we can meet them. Next, we'll talk about all the resources that are available to you and your family and decide, together, what's best for your personal situation.

For a personal consultation about home care services, please contact Dawn Shicker at (414) 431-7411 or send us an email.
