Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative
The Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative supports healthy relationships between fathers and their children. MCFI's Director of Diversity serves on the committee that plans the Annual Fatherhood Summit and is an advocate/adviser to the Initiative's Executive Director. National Association of African Americans in Human Resources - Milwaukee Chapter
MCFI support6s the goals of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources professionals and students. As a sponsor, MCFI is proud to host the monthly professional development meetings of this assocaition at our Main Campus, Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Building. MCFI's Director of Diversity and Cultural Competence serves as the organization's Chapter President.
National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Milwaukee Chapter
The Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses is working to address health disparities in the city's Latino community, and to increase the number of Hispanics in the field of nursing. MCFI's Director of Diversity serves as the agency's representative in assisting the organization in a variety of activities aimed at fulfilling its mission. National Black Nurses Association, Milwaukee and Racine/Kenosha Chapters

Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee
The Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee Mentorship Program pairs minority college students with professionals in their area of interest.
