Agency response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. We know that there is more information available each day regarding the impact of COVID-19 in the communities we serve. Awareness is even more heightened as our state of Wisconsin has 6 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
I’d like to share with you how CFI is addressing the concerns about Coronavirus.
Our COVID-19 Response Team meets regularly to review and monitor information from local, state, national, and global authorities under guidance from our medical director, infection control nurse, clinical staff and Health, Safety and Infection Control Committees.
We have implemented our COVID-19 Response Plan, focusing on four key goals: communicate accurate and timely information; minimize the risk of disease transmission; protect and help our workforce stay healthy; and preserve and adapt our program operations to deliver safe, quality services to our consumers.
